Do you need Perm ER only or also locums?
Perm ER only ; we're trying to wean off  locums

                                       All 12 hr

How much do you pay for moving?
One way airfare plus 2500 lbs shipping plus (up to)14 day $239/day per diem until settled (sorry so cheap, but we are most like a "county" hospital; we often joke that we get "no pay, slow pay, or low pay patients only!!")
ACLS, ATLS, BLS  and PALS required?
yes
Our MD's get benefits if they work 80 hrs per 2 week pay period, so most try to make that (they may try to "bunch" the days though to lengthen there breaks).

“I enjoyed working with your client.  His group is very well run and his staff and his colleagues are very courteous and professional.  The Hospital is first rate!!!! with excellent medical staffing and ancillary services! I worked every day. I was always on call for my field (Pulmonology), because I was the only Pulmonologist on the island. Nonetheless, I had plenty of time left to enjoy the island life. The amenities on the island and the culture are exceptional. I had hospital priviliges to do all procedures expected in my field, including Bronchoscopy, Tube thoracostomy, pleural biopsy and pleurocentesis, placement of central venous catheters, interpretation of PSG's and PFT's, intubation, and ventilator management. I was managing the ICU/CCU w/ average of 6 pts/day, and consults on the medical wards averaging 4 -6 /d and following ~ 12 pts on the medical wards per day. Hospital size is ~ 400 beds.
